studioHuB architects was engaged to provide full services from user group engagement through to construction for a new Independent Investigations Office for UBC Project Services. In addition, studioHuB architects were responsible for the furniture procurement and material finish selection.

This 2,000 SF tenant improvement included offices and a central gathering area with a need for high degree of acoustical privacy. The space included two interview and meeting rooms as well as enhanced access and security systems. Throughout the design process, an emphasis on creating shared spaces for working, socializing and collaboration was integrated into the final design. To address the stressful nature of the work program, wood and warm materials were integrated into the material palette.
