Every project is unique, we believe a clear understanding of scope, goals, budget, and schedule is key to a project’s success. We listen to your unique needs and challenges and translate this information into architectural solutions. In our experience, asking the right questions at the right time are critical to a successful project.

Collaborate
We believe that good design results from collaboration during all stages of the design process.
As architects and interior designers, we do not assume to have all the solutions. At studioHuB architects, we engage with owners, end-users, communities, and sub-consultants to understand and incorporate all perspectives. We work closely with all those engaged in the idea, planning, design, construction, use, operation, and maintenance of the project.

Iterate
We strive to arrive at clarity and honesty in all our designs.
Each project starts with an office-wide charette to imagine, discover, and evaluate design opportunities and how to best optimize a project’s potential. Through an iterative process, we design, develop, and produce full drawing packages for our clients.

StudioHuB has extensive experience in leading new builds, tenant improvements, renovations, and seismic upgrades. As Prime Consultant on a project, we are proactive in identifying risks, leading the team, budget and schedule control, and site and contract administration.

Reflect
A key aspect of our process is to learn from past projects and to engage with leaders in the industry in what we term ‘lessons learned’.
While strategies and design philosophies can integrate with the newest practices, we approach each project as unique and seek outcomes that will work best for the client. Not all design ideas are a good fit for the client and end user. We actively seek feedback from the end user to improve on our designs moving forward.
